Fully Dosed Liquid Acetyl L-Carnitine / L-Carnitine blend provides a convenient way to get a concentrated dose of L-Carnitine into your daily nutrition plan. Each serving provides 3 000 mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine, along with the supporting nutrients, Vitamin B5 and N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, in an optimal absorption and assimilation liquid dosage form.

L-Carnitine plays an essential role in transporting fatty acids into our cell's mitochondria (“engine room”), where they are burnt as a fuel source. Without adequate L-Carnitine, our bodies are unable to optimally and efficiently metabolise fatty acids. Acetyl L-Carnitine, whilst able to perform the same fatty acid mobilisation role as regular L-Carnitine, is the preferred form of carnitine for brain and nerve support because the acetyl group enables the carnitine molecule to more easily cross the blood-brain barrier. Regular L-Carnitine, on the other hand, is most often used to support weight loss (along with diet and exercise) and as a supplement for bodybuilding due to the role it plays in mobilising fatty acids from body fat storage deposits.

Directions for Use: Shake well before each serving. As a dietary supplement take one and a half tablespoons (approx. 20 ml) daily. Take first thing in the morning or 30 to 60 minutes before exercise. You may also mix with your favourite workout beverage and consume whilst exercising. Alternatively, use as directed by your nutritional advisor.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
